This Greely bungalow presented an excellent opportunity to upgrade the home’s exterior with a high-performance EIFS acrylic stucco system. Located on Greely West Drive in one of Ottawa’s most sought-after rural communities, the project involved applying a complete stucco system across all four gable peaks of the home. The homeowner wanted a durable, attractive finish that would hold up against Ottawa’s harsh freeze-thaw cycles while enhancing the property’s curb appeal.

Durabest Stucco installed a 2-inch EPS drainage foam board as the insulating base layer, followed by a fibreglass mesh-reinforced acrylic basecoat and a textured acrylic finish coat. The result is a seamless, stone-textured exterior in a warm sand tone that complements the home’s existing brick cladding and dark trim. The finished stucco system delivers lasting insulation value, moisture resistance, and a professional appearance suited to the prestige of the Greely neighbourhood.
